Join our well-established Nambour clinic as the Office Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing allied health team.
This is a full-time role stepping into a clinic with strong systems, a supportive admin team, and 10+ clinicians including Physios, EPs, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.
You’ll work closely with the Practice Leader to keep things running smoothly while leading a high-volume front desk environment with solid patient demand and third-party billing. What You’ll DoLead clinic admin operations and front desk performanceSupport and lead a team of 4 admin staffOversee billing (HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover, third party)Manage rostering, onboarding and trainingMonitor KPIs and support clinic performanceCoordinate referrer relationships and clinic communicationIdentify ways to improve systems and workflow
