We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our innovative design team in Perth. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a variety of exciting projects from conceptual design through to construction, shaping the future skyline of Perth with your creative vision and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept development through to detailed design and construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure all project objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
- Manage project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff while fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Ensure all design work complies with relevant standards, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and liaise with construction teams to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation for approvals and stakeholder presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design solutions, and technological advancements to continually enhance project quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Architect with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects, preferably within the commercial, residential, or public sector.
- Excellent knowledge of Australian building codes, standards,



and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail and a passion for cutting-edge design.
