Key Responsibilities

- Play a role in the development of large multi residential projects
- Provide technical expertise on projects from DA approval to completion
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages
- Manage project programs, budgets, and deliverables
- Contribute to documentation, QA processes and delivery
- Lead and grow within a supportive and team-oriented culture

Skills and Experience

- Experience gained locally in high quality practices on a diversity of projects particularly in multi residential sector
- Strong awareness of Design Practitioner requirements




- Proven ability to work through all stages of projects
- Strong design and technical skills across documentation and project delivery
- Outstanding communication skills
- Collaborative and inclusive personality
- Revit skills essential
