In this role, you will:

- Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatment services.

- Provide personalised consultations and professional advice to help clients achieve their hair goals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service.

- Recommend and promote professional haircare products and salon services.

- Mentor and support apprentices, salon assistants, and junior stylists,



sharing your skills and experience.

- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation throughout the salon.

- Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming, qualified, and positive environment.

- Keep up to date with current trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development.
