About the Position
We are looking for a professional, dedicated, attention to detail Medical Receptionist to join our team. The persons we are seeking will be available for approximately between
10-20 hours per week. Preferably with experience of working in a GP clinic but happy to take on the right candidate.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling of incoming phone calls
- Delivery of premium customer service
- Enhancing the image of the front reception with professionalism
- Booking of GP appointments and Allied Health appointments
- Receipting of private billings with Tyro machines, Medicare billings, workcover billings
We envisage the successful candidate will be/have
1. Enthusiastic with solid communication skills
2. Self motivated with the ability to multi-task.
3. Highly organised plus good time management skills
4. Excellent customer service
5. Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
6. Excellent computer skills
