Description
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Review timesheets, overtime, allowances and leave
- Interpret relevant awards and enterprise agreements
- Process new starters, employee changes and terminations
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
- Complete payroll reconciliations, reporting and audits
- Respond to employee payroll and entitlement queries
- Support broader finance or administration tasks as required
Profile
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience
- Robust knowledge of awards and enterprise agreements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident managing payroll queries and deadlines
- Experience with payroll or HRIS systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Local government or public sector experience highly regarded
