-Be in charge of creating, monitoring and progressing work orders through to completion

-Work closely with contractors and companies to induct using our proprietary platform

-Review and issue “permit to work” certificates in consultation with your team

-Implement and manage preventative maintenance across a range of property types

-Work within a small and highly efficient team

-Work in consultation with the accounts team with any information they may require regarding works completed

-Be responsible for implementing plant and equipment maintenance at a range of differing properties

-Generally assist with property related matters including but not limited to commercial leases, residential leases and property maintenance

-Assist with preparation of budgets across sites in consultation with our Finance and Admin Manager

-Conduct inspections and compliance checks

-Liaise with tenants regarding general lease and property matters





-Support our partners off site with facilities management for operational sites for Truck and Car dealerships.

-West Perth office location

Ideal candidate:

-Some experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential. Helpful to hold a current property management qualification.

-Very organised and process driven.

-Able to work within a team environment

-Capable of reading and administering commercial leases

-Understanding of property management and maintenance obligations in predominately commercial properties.
