The Role

We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors / Duty Managers to join our team at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Sandgate.

This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume full table service environment. You’ll help build an energetic team culture, maintain service standards, and play a key role in the successful launch of this exciting current venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Support daily front-of-house operations and shift coordination
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Maintain high service, presentation, and operational standards




- Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Support training, compliance, cleanliness, and venue standards

About You

- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, hands-on team player who leads by example
- Confident in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities
- Committed to delivering exceptional service standards

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience in full table service environments
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Full Australian working rights

Highly Desirable:

- Experience in themed or entertainment-focused venues
- First Aid or training qualifications
