About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated Support Worker with experience in high care and complex needs to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for assisting individuals with high-care needs and will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing person-centred support to participants.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks.
- Creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Administering medications in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with clients, families,



and support professionals to implement personalized support plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on client progress and needs.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or related field.
- Experience supporting individual with high care needs.
- Experience administering medications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities in a professional capacity.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
