Our client is a highly regarded hospitality group with multiple unique venues across Adelaide, delivering exceptional experiences for weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations and special events. Known for outstanding service, beautiful venues and a people-first culture, they continue to grow their events division and are looking for an organised and passionate Events Coordinator to join the team.

The Role

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will manage the entire event journey from enquiry through to execution, ensuring every function is delivered to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing event enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings
* Meeting with clients to understand their vision and event requirements
* Preparing event proposals, contracts and function run sheets
* Coordinating with venue, kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
* Conducting venue tours and client meetings
* Building strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners and repeat customers
* Managing event administration, invoicing and post-event follow-up
* Providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the booking process

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience coordinating hospitality events, weddings or functions
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent administration and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences




- Experience with event booking or venue management systems will be highly regarded
