Description

- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Delivering monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Managing statutory reporting, compliance, and tax obligations
- Supporting lease accounting (IFRS 16)
- Overseeing intercompany transactions across multiple entities
- Managing payroll accounting (via a third-party provider)
- Partnering with local and global stakeholders

Profile

A successful Senior Financial Accountant should have:





- A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the retail industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Experience managing month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
