As Assistant Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance of the resort through effective reporting, analysis, compliance and financial management.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and department leaders, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily Finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, purchasing, and reporting.
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Partnering with leaders to improve profitability and manage costs
- Preparing accurate reports and providing commercial insights.
- Supporting cash flow, credit approvals and debt recovery.
- Ensuring compliance with Accor policies and internal controls.
- Improving financial processes and systems to drive efficiency.
- Supporting the development and performance of the Finance team.
