THE ROLE

Based at our Concrete Call Centre at Dry Creek, you will be the first point of contact for phone and sales enquiries. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be highly organised and self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

This role is fulltime permanent, with staggered start times (on a rostered basis) which also includes every second Saturday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

- Receive inbound calls, take orders, providing professional customer service with every interaction




- Allocate orders to Agitator Drivers for delivery to site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Scheduling tasks
- Processing of Orders
- EFTPOS transactions
- Cash Sale enquiries
- General account customer enquiries

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES

- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills as a minimum
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Scheduling experience
- Positive knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area
- Previous experience in the concrete industry (preferred but not essential)
