We are an award winning, Western Suburbs Builder. We specialise in the construction of custom-designed homes from $1m to $5m.

Due to one of our long serving Site Supervisor's retirement, we are now seeking a suitable replacement.

Position Description

You will be reporting to the Construction Manager. This role encompasses all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forward job programming, managing client relationships to liaising with in-house interior designers and external architects/designers to ensure the successful completion of projects. The Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a very high standard of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

Key requirements

- Previous experience working as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom two/three storey homes is essential (10 years minimum)

- Previous experience in the local Perth market is also essential

- Strong communication skills, written and verbal





- Ability to program/schedule jobs to suit industry lead/lag times

- Proven ability to hit milestones/job stages as contracted

- Client focused with a flexible can-do attitude

- Ability to work in a team-focused environment

- High level of organisational and time management skills

- Excellent knowledge of local building codes and regs

- Solid trade base

- High level of attention to detail

- Construction qualifications or a trade background will be highly regarded

- Ensuring a safe and clean site and implementing OH&S; requirements at all times
