The Opportunity
This is a leadership position for an experienced civil engineer who enjoys delivering quality outcomes, developing people and building long-term client relationships.
You'll lead the design and delivery of predominantly master planned residential subdivision estates, together with selected industrial developments, throughout Geelong and Victoria's western districts. You'll work closely with clients, councils, service authorities and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully from concept through to completion.
Beyond project delivery, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and develop engineers,
contribute to business growth and help shape the future direction of an already successful and expanding office.
About You
- Around 15 years' experience within an Australian civil engineering design consultancy.
