We are working with a leading international law firm to appoint a Workday Consultant to join their Remuneration & People Operations team on a 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing People Technology function, supporting critical compensation processes, reporting, and analytics initiatives across the firm.

The Role

Sitting within the People Technology team, you will play a key role in optimising Workday capability, with a particular focus on Advanced Compensation, reporting, and data insights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Configuring and supporting Workday Advanced Compensation processes, including plans, eligibility, review cycles, testing,



and data validation
- Delivering advanced Workday reporting and analytics, including dashboards, calculated fields, and data-driven insights for stakeholders
- Building and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics datasets to enhance reporting capability
- Managing Workday security (role-based access and domain security), including audits and compliance support
- Supporting annual compensation cycles, allowance updates, and reward reporting
- Triaging and resolving Workday queries in collaboration with People & Development stakeholders

About You

You are an experienced HR/People Systems professional with strong Workday capability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You will bring:

- Experience in a People Systems or HR Systems Analyst role using Workday
- Solid expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Proven capability in Workday reporting and analytics (dashboards, calculated fields, optimisation)
- Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics (preferred but not essential)
