About the role
Reporting to the Sample Administration Coordinator, this role is responsible for the receiving and dispatching of samples and the collection of paperwork relating to the sample deliveries. The position involves the maintenance and organisation of the yard in which samples are stored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accepting deliveries and shipping goods
- Organising received paperwork/submissions
- Organising dispatches
- Maintain yard
- Comply with Intertek’s health and safety policies and procedures
- Liaise with clients and couriers
- General housekeeping duties and duties as directed by the Sample Administration Coordinator
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
- Current Forklift ticket essential
- HR Drivers licence preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Strong Communication, literacy and numeracy skills in English
- The ability to perform manual handling and lift 15 – 20Kg safely
