WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our client's busy team. This is an excellent ongoing opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily business operations.About Our

Client

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing both phone and face-to-face service while managing a range of administrative duties. You will work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure the smooth coordination of orders and dispatch.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide exceptional phone and face-to-face customer serviceProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinate sales and dispatch activitiesManage emails and general correspondencePrepare invoices and schedule customer bookingsPerform general administrative duties and data entryMaintain accurate records and documentation

What You Will Need





Confident using Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with invoicing and dispatch is essentialStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitaskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of attention to detail
