Reporting into the State Sales Manager, you’ll spend your days on the road building strong customer relationships, growing your territory, and closing deals that make a real impact.

What you'll be doing:

- Own and execute your territory plan, maximising face-to-face customer time

- Drive sales performance through market insights, forecasting, and target achievement

- Build lasting partnerships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Deliver exceptional equipment handovers and customer experiences

- Support and mentor sales cadets and team members

What you'll bring:

- Proven B2B sales experience (construction equipment knowledge highly regarded)

- Robust commercial acumen and market awareness

- Energy, drive, and a proactive, “make it happen” mindset





- A passion for building relationships and winning deals

- Flexibility to travel and a current driver’s licence (HR/MC or willingness to obtain)
