The DocShop offers services and solutions to support clients to securely manage business and personal information.

Our services include:

- Secure information destruction

- Secure information storage/scanning

- Secure electronic image storage

- On site shredding

- e-Waste recycling/disposal

- Paper and cardboard recycling paper

This is a casual position ranging up to 5 days per week

Primary Objective/Purpose:

You will be responsible for driving and operating DocShop commercial compactors, vans and/or trucks to complete run schedules in a timely manner, around Ballarat/Bendigo and Regional Victoria. You will maintain a skilled image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

You will be responsible for:

- Delivery and collection of secure document destruction bins

- Complete daily driver run schedules as directed

- Work efficiently to complete all scheduled runs

- Accept add-on deliveries/pick-ups as required

- Loading and unloading of trucks and containers

- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required





- Perform vehicle safety checks

- Ensure all activities are carried out in a manner that minimizes risk to health, safety and well being

- Flexibility of working hours is required to meet the demands of the business

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Taking direction from your supervisor and/or Leading Hand

- Other Project work as directed

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, in particular NAID (National Association for Information Destruction)

Skills and experience

- MR Truck Licence (mandatory)

- Desirable forklift licence

- Current driver's licence

- Well-groomed and physically fit with the ability to undertake manual handling tasks

- Strong customer service ethic

- Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete run tasks

- Working within our team environment

- Drug and alcohol testing mandatory

- Applicants must provide a current police check or be willing to obtain one
