In this role you will lead your portfolio of services to deliver protected, high-quality, and engaging programs, while building strong teams and community connections.
- Lead, coach, and develop Coordinators and Educators to deliver positive outcomes for children and foster a strong, supportive team culture
- Build meaningful relationships with schools, families, and communities, strengthening engagement and service growth
- Ensure services operate smoothly and effectively, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Oversee performance across your region, including workforce planning, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Champion child safety and regulatory excellence, supporting teams to meet all legislative and quality requirements, and act as the Nominated Supervisor
