ALPHA is a leading retail and mobile tyre and mechanical business with 1,000+ five-star Google reviews. Auto Cartel is a membership-based coaching and mentorship community supporting 100+ independent workshop owners across Australia, many of whom rely on us to manage their paid advertising.

About the Role

We're looking for a Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in running paid advertising across the group. You'll help manage a live portfolio ad accounts spanning Auto Cartel clients, ALPHA Tyres and Auto Cartel itself, plus support AI-generated static creative for campaigns. This is a genuine second-in-line role with room to grow as the portfolio scales.

This role is remote/hybrid, with minimal requirement to be on-site in Echuca.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns

- Support Google Ads campaigns where required

- Create and adapt AI-generated static ad creative for campaigns





- Manage marketing automation and campaigns within GoHighLevel

- Monitor account performance, flag issues and report on campaign results

- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to keep the paid media engine running smoothly as we scale

About You

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts in an agency or in-house setting — non-negotiable

- Google Ads experience highly regarded

- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/automation platforms) a strong plus

- Comfortable using AI tools for creative and campaign support

- Highly organised — you can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball

- A team player who's happy working under direction while building toward more autonomy over time
