We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

- Casual Rate:



$40.42 to $47.14 p.h. (AO2)
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:

- Applied customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality, and a positive, approachable, and helpful attitude.
- High level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
- Highly accurate utilisation of corporate/patient information systems and databases including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Ability to follow workplace instructions and organisational standards to meet defined outcomes that contributes to organisational goals.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
