About the role

Depending on your level of experience you will assist in the preparation and service of food for the venue. As we have multiple food service areas across the venue, you will enjoy the flexibility of having the opportunity to cook a variety of meals across different cuisines.

- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Following recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
- Working collaboratively with Chefs and the wider kitchen team
- Learning and developing your culinary skills
- Supporting the team during busy service periods

Our Perfect Fit

Someone with experience as a Cook or Chef and a passion for making good food. You will need to be a helpful member of the team with a strong work ethic.



Someone who doesn’t mind working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays is a must.

- Experienced Cooks or Chefs looking for thier next opportunity
- Be able to work under pressure, for long hours in a heated environment
- Assist the kitchen team to maintain quality, standards and cleanliness required
- Ability to work hours required and section assigned by the Head Chef
- Ability to learn
- Willing to work a range of shifts including breakfast, lunch, dinner as required
- Excellent Attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to cope well under pressure to ensure guests expectations are exceeded
- Knowledge in food safety standards
- Available to work across any of the 7 days a week including nights, weekends and public holidays
