Full Job Description
Engineering Trades Australia is currently seeking an experienced Service and Maintenance Electrician with HVAC experience, on behalf of a well-established electrical contractor servicing commercial clients across Brisbane. and 50km radius. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys variety in their day, working across multiple sites, and delivering quality service to a broad range of commercial clients.

About the Role
You'll attend approximately 5-6 jobs per day, carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding and minor installation works. Projects range from factories, through to high-rise office buildings and residential premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintenance and fault-finding of electrical systems
- Split-system air conditioning installations
- Switchboard and controls work
- Attend reactive maintenance and breakdown call-outs
- Complete scheduled service works across multiple commercial sites
- Liaise with clients and maintain robust customer relationships




- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in a Service Technician role
- Current AC Cert II Licence - preferred
- Experience working within commercial environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of switchboards and electrical controls
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
