How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Support Patients: Be a warm, reassuring voice on the phone for patients ordering medical equipment and sleep therapy solutions.

- Solve Real Problems: Listen to patient needs and collaborate with our medical teams to make sure everyone gets the care they deserve.

- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle general admin, order entries, and patient updates with care and detail.

- Great Communication: Explicit, patient, and friendly over the phone.

- Experience: Previous office, customer service, or healthcare admin experience is a bonus, but your mindset and attitude are what matter most.
