THE POSITION

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with the Digital Manager to define campaign objectives, target audience, and KPIs, and then develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends to ensure effective campaign execution.

- Working with the creative team to create impactful ad content, encompassing images, videos, ad copy, and other assets, while adhering to platform guidelines and optimising for peak performance.

- Effectively initiating and oversee digital ad campaigns on multiple platforms, managing ad sets, targeting, bidding, and budgets, while actively monitoring real-time performance and making adjustments for optimal reach,



engagement, and conversions.

- Analysing campaign metrics, offer reports to the marketing team with insights and improvement recommendations, using data to optimise campaigns and meet/exceed KPIs.

- Optimising ad budgets across various campaigns for maximum ROI by monitoring expenditures, adapting budgets when necessary, and reallocating resources to high-performing campaigns
