St Philip’s College is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Live-In Residential Supervisor to join our Boys Boarding House in 2026.

About the Role:
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our boarding students. You’ll help foster a vibrant and respectful boarding culture where students feel supported, heard, and cared for.
You'll work closely with staff and students to create a ‘home away from home’,
and be part of a community that values connection, respect, and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people (boarding or similar role ideal)
- A calm, respectful, and consistent approach to guidance and discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a mix of weekday evenings and weekends
- A valid Working with Children (Ochre Card) or willingness to obtain
- A genuine interest in pastoral care and youth development
Live-in accommodation is provided as part of this role.
