We have an exciting prospect for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in our Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll support both blue and white-collar hiring, working closely with experienced Recruiters to keep onboarding running seamlessly and ensure a strong pipeline of quality candidates to meet operational needs.

What You Will Bring:
Proven experience in administrative roles with robust attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, systems and processes in a fast-paced setting
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and working collaboratively within a team
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical proficiency with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office
· Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential.
