JXB Projects is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and clients to help ensure successful project outcomes.

About the Role:
You'll be involved in:
Contract administration and subcontractor management
Procurement, tendering and trade engagement
Cost reporting, forecasting and budget tracking
Variations, progress claims and payment processing
Project scheduling and coordination
Document control and project compliance
Stakeholder liaison and project reporting
Supporting Project Managers through the full project lifecycle

About You:
To be successful,



you'll ideally have:
5+ years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role
Experience working for a head contractor
Strong understanding of contract administration and procurement
Experience with cost reporting and forecasting
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and MS Project
Relevant Construction Management qualifications
White Card
Experience with JobPac, Procore or similar construction software highly regarded
