We are seeking caring, reliable and experienced Support Workers to support two male NDIS participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home.

Duties include:
Personal care and hygiene support
Assistance with dressing and daily living activities
Community access and social outings
Meal preparation and household tasks
Supporting participants to follow daily routines
Behaviour support and positive behaviour strategies
Documentation and shift notes
Promoting participant choice, independence and dignity

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour

Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
