Australian Venue Co. is looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join The Colonist Tavern in Norwood at an incredibly exciting time for the venue.
The Colonist is currently undergoing a $3.5 million transformation, bringing a fresh new chapter to one of Norwood’s much-loved venues.
This is more than stepping into an existing operation — it’s an opportunity to help build a new team, shape the culture and be part of bringing the newly transformed venue to life.
Assistant Venue Manager
Salary: $80,000–$82,000 + super
Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous hospitality management or solid supervisory experience
Leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Loves building outstanding teams and positive workplace cultures
Is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Understands operational standards, labour and cost control
Is excited by the opportunity to build something new
Wants to continue developing their hospitality leadership career
