We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team. You’ll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is smooth, transparent, and well managed.

Your day-to-day will include: Greeting customers and managing service bookings

Providing transparent service and repair recommendations

Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Preparing quotes, invoices, and customer updates

Delivering a professional and friendly experience at every interaction About You

You enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership workplace.You will bring: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential but desirable Strong communication and customer service skills





Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
