Responsibilities
Effectively complete repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to OEM standards
Support customers with after-sales service, warranty repairs and claims
Contribute to decisions on continuous improvement activities
Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and accurately
Any other technical related aspects as and when required
Responsible for emergency breakdown repair in NSW
Carry out pre-delivery of recent machines
Responsible for the repair of faulty vehicles in inventory
Ensure machines are ready for delivery and meet or exceed customer expectations
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experiences of servicing for aerial work platform
Diesel technician qualification or Auto electrical qualification essential
Knowledge of Elevated Work Platforms
Experience and knowledge of fault diagnostics and software
Forklift license desirable
Current drivers license essential
Robust work ethic and self-motivation
Proven time management skills with the ability to work independently
Flexibility to adapt to different cultures and projects
Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Australia
Ability to travel interstate
