Workfast is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician / Electrical Fitter for a full time opportunity with a well-established industrial business based in the Kwinana industrial area.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Electrical tradesperson looking to secure a stable, long-term position within a large-scale industrial processing environment.
About the Role You will be working as part of an experienced maintenance team, responsible for maintaining electrical systems, plant and equipment across a busy industrial facility.
Your duties will include
Preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
Electrical fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
Maintenance of industrial plant and machinery
Electrical installations, upgrades and modifications
Troubleshooting motors, controls and electrical systems
Responding to breakdowns and minimising plant downtime
Working closely with the maintenance and operations teams
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with site requirements
About You To be successful, you will have:
Current Australian Electrical Licence / recognised electrical trade qualification
Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, processing or heavy industry environments
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with industrial plant and equipment
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and professional approach to work
