You’ll mentor and develop team members, oversee service flow and performance standards, ensure accurate cash handling, and contribute to achieving financial and operational targets. You will support smooth operational shift briefings, maintaining a strong focus on food and beverage service quality.
This is a fantastic chance to assist in leading the team in one of our signature dining venues at The Star Gold Coast, including Kiyomi and Cucina Vivo restaurants.

What we are looking for
Supervisory experience within in a high-end restaurant
Robust knowledge of premium wines and exceptional service standards
Proactive and well-organised, with meticulous attention to detail
Flexible availability for evening dinner shifts
Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
