About The Role
As part of the Trade Counter team in Footscray, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing talent hub, designed to quick‑track development and build your skills for future leadership positions.
Typical Day
Providing customer service and information about products
Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
Undertaking picking, packing and stock control activities
Help keep the branch tidy and safe
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Continue upskilling with tailored on‑the‑job training initiatives
We’d Love to Hear From You If You’re Someone Who:
Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
Is tech‑savvy and adaptable to current systems
Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
Wants to develop their career – either locally or within the broader network
