As we continue to grow we are looking for a full time Finance Assistant to join our team.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is organised and detail-focused, and wants to be part of a friendly, fast-moving business. You'll support the finance team across a range of day-to-day accounting and administration tasks and play an significant role in keeping our financial processes running smoothly.
What you'll be doing
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Entering and reconciling invoices and payments
Assisting with bank and account reconciliations
Processing and checking supplier invoices
Assisting with customer payments and account queries
Supporting month-end reporting and financial processes
Maintaining accurate financial records
Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and highly detail-oriented
Confident working with numbers and financial information
Reliable and able to manage priorities
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
A good communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions
Proficient in Excel and experienced with accounting software and Netsuite
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is preferred
A relevant accounting or finance qualification, or working towards one, would be an advantage
