Concentric is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist in Maddington, WA. The role involves maintaining a mixed caseload across our clinic and community settings, contributing to a team of Allied Health Specialists dedicated to excellence and improving lives.
Responsibilities
Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to participants
Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants
Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes
Work with clients to set achievable goals to support independent functioning
Reporting: document disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management

Essential Qualifications And Experience
Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car
Unrestricted Australian work rights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
