Air Boar is a locally owned HVAC and essential services company delivering comprehensive mechanical and fire safety solutions across South East Queensland. Established in 2020, we've built a rapid-growing team of professionals across fire, mechanical, and electrical disciplines and we're expanding again.
We're looking for multiple Qualified Refrigeration Tradespeople to join our team across two locations: Brisbane City and Brisbane South / Gold Coast.
This is a permanent, full-time role with real variety no two sites the same.

What you'll be doing
Routine maintenance, servicing and inspection of commercial HVAC systems
Fault-finding, diagnosis and repair efficiently and systematically
Installation work across all aspects of HVAC
Essential services testing and compliance to AS1851 Section 13
Accurate reporting and transparent communication with clients and the team
Interpreting drawings, commissioning equipment and verifying system performance
What you'll bring
Methodical, safety-conscious approach to all work
Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to restore systems quickly
Sound understanding of HVAC systems and commissioning equipment
Knowledge of Australian Standards and AS1851 Section 13 compliance
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
A willingness to learn and lead by example
