Job Description

Romsey Community Aged Care is seeking a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant to cover planned and unplanned staff leave within the home. You will deliver wide-ranging lifestyle programs and support residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing, using technology to enhance care.

The role requires empathy, robust communication, and the ability to work as part of a cooperative team in a not‐for‐profit aged care setting. Must have CPR/First Aid and a current Police Check.
