The Role:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and energetic sales superstar to join our Brisbane DFO team. In this role, you'll deliver a personalised styling experience, help clients find their perfect swimwear fit, and represent the Baku brand with confidence and care.
/n
What You'll Be Doing:
/n
Delivering exceptional customer service in a warm, engaging, and professional manner
/n
Assisting with stock management such as processing deliveries, completing daily refill, customer put backs and store standards.
/n
Offering expert advice on fit, styles, and trends to help customers feel confident
/n
Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
/n
Supporting the team during peak trading periods, weekends, and holidays
/n
A friendly, confident, and approachable personality
/n
A passion for fashion and styling – especially swimwear!
/n
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
/n
Great communication skills and a can-do attitude
/n
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
/n
