Waratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting prospect available for a Manager People & Culture to support our growing municipality.
Are you an experienced People & Culture leader ready to make a meaningful impact across our organisation?
Waratah Wynyard council are seeking a Manager People and Culture to provide strategic and operational leadership across our People and Safety functions.
This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape how we attract, develop, support and retain people while building organisational capacity, strengthening leadership and fostering a positive, accountable and high performing workspace.
This is a permanent full-time position working 75 hours over a 9-day fortnight.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in EBA process, with high developed communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to provide considered strategic advice and influence decision making at senior and executive levels.
Strong experience across people & culture, organisational development, workforce planning and employee relations.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Work Health and Safety.
