The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and self‐motivated Vending Machine Stockist to support our expanding network of vending machine locations.
This role is essential in ensuring our machines remain fully stocked, clean, and functioning optimally, contributing to an excellent customer experience at every site.
This is a full‐time, permanent position, covering the Canberra‐Queanbeyan region.
This field‐based role requires extensive travel across your territory, servicing multiple sites per day.
You will be expected to travel locally and to do occasional overnight stays.
Your work schedule will generally be Monday to Friday, averaging eight hours per day, and start time around 6‐7am.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to allocated vending machine sites to replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and complete routine cleaning
Collect, verify, and deliver stock from the Distribution Centre
Update machine systems with accurate stock levels and product information
Complete basic operational checks and escape technical issues as needed
Provide professional on‐site support to customers and venue partners
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Full Australian driver's licence (essential)
MR or HR licence is highly desirable
Physically capable of lifting our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
Experience in merchandising, delivery driving, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
Professionally presented and confident representing the brand at customer sites
Able to manage time effectively while meeting scheduled service requirements
