About the Opportunity
The Change Manager plays a critical role in helping the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney successfully navigate organisational and technology-enabled change.
This part-time (30 hours per week), maximum-term contract opportunity is available until November **** and is currently based in Leichhardt, with the role relocating to Elizabeth Street,



Sydney CBD in the first quarter of ****.
Reporting to the Technology Projects Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering change management activities that support the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
Your primary focus will be a major CRM and Data Analytics initiative, while also supporting other organisational change programs as required.
Working closely with project teams, People & Culture, training resources, and business stakeholders, you will assess change impacts, develop engagement and communication strategies, support readiness activities, and help leaders guide their teams through change.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects deliver lasting benefits by building understanding, encouraging adoption, and supporting the transition to business-as-usual.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who enjoys working with people, influencing outcomes, and helping organisations successfully embed change in a practical and sustainable way.
About You
You are an experienced change management professional who understands that successful transformation is ultimately about people.
You bring a proven ability to guide stakeholders through change, helping individuals and teams understand, adopt, and embed new ways of working.




You have experience delivering structured change management activities across technology-enabled or organisational change initiatives and are confident applying recognised change methodologies to achieve practical outcomes.
You are skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication planning, and readiness activities, and can translate complex project objectives into clear and meaningful messages for diverse audiences.
You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation without relying on formal authority.
You bring sound judgement, resilience, and a calm, pragmatic approach, particularly when supporting people through periods of uncertainty and change.
You are equally comfortable working alongside project managers, business analysts, trainers, and People & Culture professionals, contributing to a coordinated and people-focused approach to change.
Above all, you are motivated by helping organisations achieve lasting outcomes through effective adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement.
