About youWe're looking for a confident and experienced supervisor who can lead teams, coordinate resources and deliver quality outcomes.
You will have:
Demonstrated supervisory experience inasbestos, sheetmetal, construction or maintenance
Strong leadership skills and the ability tomotivate, mentor and support your team
The ability to effectively coordinatelabour, equipment and materials
A strong commitment tosafety, quality and productivity
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
The ability to build positive working relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders
Local Gladstone residency or a genuine willingness to relocate




Key responsibilitiesLead and support your team to deliversafe, efficient and productive project outcomes
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed to the required standards
Coordinate labour, equipment, materials and resources
Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining budgets
Develop clear and accurate scopes of work
Support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion
Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures and relevant legislation
Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive better project outcomes
Promote and maintain Aestec'sZero Harmculture
What we're looking forRelevantTrade Certificate– highly desirable, or strong demonstrated industry experience
3–5 years' experiencein a supervisory role within construction, maintenance, asbestos, sheetmetal or a related industry
Strong understanding ofproject delivery and workforce coordination
Intermediate skills inMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
A genuine commitment tosafety and continuous improvement
