The Mission
As aTeam Leader at our Ferragamo Crown Melbourne Boutique, you will:
Demonstratestrong product and brand knowledge, continually developing yourself and supporting the team through on-the-floor coaching and training to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Lead by example on the shop floor,driving sales performancethrough service excellence, storytelling and luxury selling techniques
Support the Store Manager in achievingindividual, team and store targets
Act as a key point of support for the team, fostering apositive, motivated and high-performing environment




Ensure adherence tostore and company policies, visual standards and operational procedures
Assist with day-to-day operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock support and reporting as required
Encourage clients to discover theFerragamo heritage, creating an atmosphere of passion, pride and enthusiasm for the collections

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years' experiencein a senior sales, supervisory or team leader role within relevant luxury environments
A strong understanding ofluxury selling, customer engagement and closing techniques
Open to working to2-3 late night shiftsas per the boutique requirements
Proven ability tolead by exampleand positively influence team performance
A strong understanding of the expectations and needs of theluxury customer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and across different levels
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
Basic reporting and analytical skills to support store performance
