You will coordinate high‐volume field meetings, manage speaker programs, and ensure timely administration from setup to reconciliation.
Office-based role (minimum three days per week) with hybrid work, you will provide operational support to sales teams, coordinate leadership meetings and assist with budgets, contracts and AI-enabled workflow tools.
