What We're Looking For:
Proven Sales & Operations Leader:At least 3+ years in a senior management role within high-volume hospitality,



or multisite operations.
Hospitality & Leadership Expertise:Background in major hospitality groups like, demonstrating the ability to lead large, high-performing teams.
Community-Driven & Brand-Focused:Passionate about local marketing, events, and community engagement, with a track record of building strong partnerships and increasing customer loyalty.
Strong People Developer:Ability to mentor, engage, and develop managers, creating a culture of high performance and talent growth.
