We're excited to announce that our F45 studio inMelbourne's South Eastis undernew ownership, and we're building a fresh, high-energy coaching team to grow with us.
F45 has evolved and has a well rounded coaching development program as well as being able to coach multiple disciplines of training.
If you're passionate about fitness, love motivating people, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
We are looking for anyone starting their fitness journey to experienced trainers that want some extra hours!
It is a growing studio, with room for growth and opportunities for the right applicant!
About the Role
As a Casual F45 Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality group training sessions while creating a welcoming and motivating experience for our members.
This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine love for helping people achieve results.




Key Responsibilities
Coach F45 group training sessions to a high standard
Provide clear instruction, motivation, and technique correction
Create an inclusive, fun, and positive training environment
Build strong rapport with members and support their fitness journey
Essential Qualifications
Certificate III in Fitness (minimum)
Current First Aid and/or CPR certification
Availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Previous group training or F45 experience
Certificate IV in Fitness
Strong communication and people skills
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn
